FIRST TIME VISIT
Checking out a new church is a big deal. We want everyone to feel welcome at The First Baptist Church when they come to worship, so we've put together a little information to help you prepare for your visit.

LOCATION
We're located on the western edge of downtown Elizabeth City at 300 West Main Street, just two blocks west of Muddy Waters Coffee Shop.
PARKING
Parking is available in the First Baptist Church Parking Lot at the corner of
West Main and South Dyer Streets as well as street parking on Main St., Dyer St.,
and Colonial Ave.
Handicap parking is available on Colonial Ave.
ENTRANCES
The main entrance to the Sanctuary is on Main Street. You can easily access the Church Offices and nursery through the Colonial Street entrance and
the Educational Building through the Dyer Street entrance.
SERVICES
Services at FBC are a blend of traditional and liturgical worship. You can check out a service online here. During morning worship, we have childcare for infants and a children's worship for kids through 5th grade.
DRESS FOR WORSHIP
You'll find a variety of dress at First Baptist, so come in what you are comfortable wearing to worship.
Some are comfortable in suit and tie or dress and some in khakis or jeans, it doesn't matter, we're just happy
that you're here with us.
